Marina Theopold is a people-centered stakeholder engagement leader who facilitates dialog, convenes diverse counterparts, and helps build consensus among partners. With over 12 years’ experience in public-private partnerships for social impact, pharmaceutical industry engagement, consulting, and public health, she’s led several multi-stakeholder initiatives in her time at Linksbridge, including a key role bringing together counterparts from NGOs, IGOs, countries, and industry at the inaugural Global Health Market Shaping (GHMS) conference in 2024. In addition, she leads an industry engagement initiative for a prominent global health partner. She’s a skilled project manager who coordinates counterparts with diverse views efficiently and effectively.

Before joining Linksbridge, Marina was a community lead for the healthcare industries team at the World Economic Forum. She contributed to the formation of CEPI in 2017. Prior to that, as a program manager for Ireland’s Health Service Executive, she developed and implemented a novel public health program for people experiencing mental health difficulties and learning and physical disabilities.

Marina holds a master’s in drama and theater studies from Trinity College Dublin. She was a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification from Accenture. She currently sits on the board of the Linksbridge Employees Ownership Trust.
