Maggie Archbold is a trained educator with a decade of experience in project management, community development, and intercultural communication. She supports partners by coordinating stakeholder relationships at WHO African Region and UNICEF ESARO/WCARO; providing technical assistance to Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) managers, National Immunization Technical Advisory Groups (NITAGs), and health ministers; and managing global health communications to inform human-centered product choices that promote positive behavioral changes.

Earlier in her career, she was the Director of Learning for an international school in Addis Ababa, a Peace Corps education specialist in southern Ethiopia, and a program officer for the World Affairs Council in Seattle.

Maggie earned a master’s in anthropology and education from the Australian National University and a bachelor’s in global studies and religious studies from the University of Minnesota. She also holds teaching credentials in K-12 humanities and TEFL. Maggie has presented at the TechNet Conference in Panama City and the Eliminating Yellow fever Epidemics (EYE) annual partnership meeting in Addis Ababa, and she’s facilitated UNICEF SD and WHO AFRO meetings in Cape Town, Copenhagen, and Harare.
