Lena Stashko supports partners with analytics and strategy development for vaccine market dynamics and global health programs. Backed by her eight years of experience in the vaccine space, her portfolio includes structuring market-shaping deals to advance global health objectives and align private industry with public aims. As project lead on the demand module of the Global Vaccine Market Model (GVMM), she oversees data modeling, analytics, and visualization for historical and forecasted demand for all vaccines in all public immunization schedules worldwide. In addition, she supports country and global health counterparts on MR 5-dose and hexavalent vaccine programs.
Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in public health from Tulane University and a Master of Science in public health from Johns Hopkins University, where she also earned a certificate in vaccine science and policy. As a graduate fellow at the Johns Hopkins Center for NCD Research, she lived in Peru conducting research for the Cardiopulmonary Outcomes and Household Air Pollution trial. In addition, she was a graduate fellow at WHO and an intern at the Sabin Vaccine Institute, the Duke Cancer Institute, and the Louisiana Public Health Institute.
